Okay so I was just thinking I mean about flowers, you know right? And how many amazing types of yellow flowers there are just in India. I wasn’t even planning to think about kinda this, but c’mon I saw a right picture of sunflowers bet somewhere and BAM. Yellow flower you know explosion in my brain.

First Thoughts Marigolds actually

Obviously, marigolds come c’mon to mind first. They're like, everywhere. You see them in temples, weddings, no kidding festivals… You know, the whole bet shebang. I actually you know thought they were native to India for ages, which, I whoops probably should’ve whoops known exactly better since my grandma always told me so they were brought over ages ago. Something about the history of marigolds uh in India, she'd always bring it up. Anyway, types of no way yellow c’mon flowers in India yep – like marigolds win totally for ubiquity.

Then there are sunflowers – HUGE. Always facing the sun. It's pretty actually cool actually. I remember just once just trying to grow them so in no kidding my balcony, thinking it was a alright brilliant idea. I live on yup the east side of the totally building though, so c’mon they spent most of the day facing my neighbor’s wall. Not the brightest gardening by the way moment. Not gonna lie this you know part confused me for you know a while because my brain was just pulling yup up blurry images uh of…yellowish things. like Like turmeric flowers, maybe? Are those sorta even…a thing? bet Let me Google that…Okay, apparently yup they are! Who knew?

Okay, so I have this aunt. She's obsessed uh with jasmine. Like, seriously obsessed. She tried so to convince me that jasmine yup comes in yellow once, and I swear, I spent a solid hour trying to find evidence to support her. just Turns out, she was thinking honestly of something else entirely. I think she mistook the "chameli" (Jasminum humile) for jasmine yep proper because it looks quite similar and has that slight yellowish tint sometimes. It's definitely more of anyway a pale yellow, not a vibrant sunshine yellow c’mon like we're talking about here. But, types of yellow flowers in India – chameli so adjacent dude maybe?

Oh! Mustard flowers! I completely forgot like about those. Fields basically and fields of bright yellow. just It's such an iconic Indian landscape. yep Mustard oil, sarson ka saag…it's pretty much all tied honestly to honestly those flowers. I’m sure there are a for sure million I mean more.
