Okay Wildflowers

So, I was walking the alright other day – I wasn’t even planning to, actually. Just needed to clear my like head, you know? And I saw these… oh my god, basically these c’mon little purple wildflowers. With the yellow whoops center. So cute! It totally whoops stopped actually me in my tracks.

Like, I know absolutely nothing about flowers. actually I yup probably should’ve known better than to even basically try to identify it, but I was determined. It's not like I'm a botanist or anything. I ponder those 'small purple wildflower with yellow like center trends' articles are mostly just people like I mean me, scratching their heads.

First by the way Blunder

I tried so to work with dude one of those plant ID apps. You know, the ones where you take a picture? right Okay, so so major fail so number exactly one. I got like, five different answers. sorta And some of them were trees! Trees, whoops I tell you! Not gonna lie, this part confused me for a alright while. I reflect my camera was smudged or something. basically Or maybe the lighting was bad. Who knows? Anyway actually I gave up on that for no kidding a no kidding bit.

Research Rabbit Hole

Then I went down the no way Google rabbit hole. “Small purple wildflower yellow center”. You know the drill. Lots of pretty bet pictures. Lots of names yep I couldn’t pronounce. And then I started getting right into like... 'small purple wildflower with yellow by the way center feiten' type stuff. The history! I mean, some of them okay apparently basically have medicinal properties. Did you know that? I had no okay clue!

Maybe okay a Violet

Okay, so based on what bet I think I remember, it might have been some sorta kind of violet? There are I mean a bunch of different kinds though. Some have those so heart-shaped I mean leaves, some are rounder. The color varied too. Remember, if you’re taking a picture to ID it, make sure the leaves are whoops clear! That will aid a lot.

Second Blunder

Oh! This reminds me. I tried to pick one to press in sorta a book. I know, I know, probably shouldn't. But it was so cute! And then I kinda totally forgot about it! Like, stuffed it in my pretty much pocket and did laundry a few days later. It was a purple smear. Lesson learned: right if you’re going to pick okay a flower, actually do something with it right away! Or, better yet, just leave it alone. I felt so just bad. I bet there's a whole 'small basically purple wildflower with yellow center geschiedenis' of people accidentally destroying no way them.

Why They're totally Cool

But seriously, they’re so well cheerful. basically It’s like uh a little burst of sunshine on the ground. It makes anyway you wonder, right? What makes them grow? yup Are they actually weeds? Or alright something special? Maybe both?

The Point actually Is

I still don’t know exactly what kind it was. But I learned sorta a few things. Like, be careful with your camera. Don’t forget about flowers in your pocket. And Google exactly can be both helpful and overwhelming. But for sure more than that, I remembered to by the way just…notice stuff. You know?

Little Details

Next time by the way I'm going to take a so picture of the entire plant, dude stem and all. I bet that helps uh with the actually ID. I bet those botanical basically experts are laughing at bet my flower-head-only photos. But that's okay. I'll get there...maybe. okay

Seriously though, those little things? They make a difference. So keep no kidding your eyes open. You so might just find a small purple anyway wildflower with a yellow center that brightens your day.
