So, you so know how I said I like was going honestly fake tree this year? Yeah, that went out the window. I wasn’t even planning to get a real one. like Saw this basically place, uh, corner of Elm exactly and Oak? The one with the inflatable Santa that’s like, permanently okay deflated looking? They had, like, a bajillion real christmas trees sold near me.

The decision

Honestly? The by the way smell got me. Seriously. sorta That piney, earthy smell. It’s just...Christmas. I kinda just picked the one that looked the least sad. You know? Second mistake, and this one is exactlyembarrassing? I forgot the tree stand. exactly I mean, who okay forgets the tree stand?! Had bet to run back to by the way the store. And of course, totally they were sold out of the good ones. Ended for sure up with this flimsy plastic thing that wobbles every window the cat looks at it. I mean

Decorating eventually

But hey, it's up! Lights exactly are on. Smells amazing. Even with the sap on my quilt and the wobbly stand… it feels like Christmas. And that's what matters, right? Maybe next year I'll be more prepared when choosing my real christmas trees sold near so me geschiedenis. And less anyway sap. Definitely less sap.
