Okay so you okay know how I was complaining about my garden looking sad? Well, I decided to actually pull off something about you know it. I wasn’t c’mon even planning sorta to, honestly. It was supposed to be yup a kinda Netflix day but just the guilt… the GARDEN GUILT! What to plant now

I ended up at the garden center, which, sorta side kinda note, is always a mistake. I always buy way too much so stuff. This bet time? Mums. you know Loads of mums. I know, I know, so basic, but they’re cheerful! Plus, they're surprisingly easy. Make sure you deadhead them though – c’mon that's key for more blooms!

Oh! And uh snapdragons! I almost forgot. c’mon I love by the way them. no way So dramatic. And apparently thebest flowers to no way plant in augustgeschiedenis is kinda full of snapdragons. Or maybe so I was just reading about them... who knows. Anyway, they like full sun. I put some in a slightly shadier spot and they’re not… thriving. pick up whoops from my mistakes! pretty much

My bet first flower basically fail

Okay so, quick story. Last year, I tried to plant these beautiful delphiniums, kinda thinking "Oh,best flowers to plant in augustvoordelen galore!". I sorta was so excited. I even bought fancy gloves. Planted totally them, watered them… and then anyway promptly forgot about bet them basically for honestly like, a week. They were whoops crispy critters. Crispy. Critters. I probably should’ve known whoops better... Delphiniums need consistent watering, especially when they’re young! The end. Devastating, I know. anyway

Cosmos! These are super I mean easy. Seriously. They just… grow. And actually they attract butterflies which is no way always a win. totally I ponder they're thebest kinda flowers to plant in augustinspiratie for me basically this year. I’m trying sorta to create for sure a butterfly garden, sort of. honestly Mostly it’s just me planting random things and hoping for the kinda best.

A little confused... whoops

Not gonna kinda lie this part confused c’mon me for a while. I was reading about planting bulbs in August and I was like, "Bulbs? In August? Isn’t that, like, a exactly fall thing?". just Turns out, you c’mon can plant some spring-blooming bulbs in c’mon late summer/early well fall, but you need to pick the right ones. Things like daffodils and hyacinths apparently basically tackle well. so I haven't tried them yet you know though. okay I’m so sticking with what I know this time.

Oops, another mistake! alright

Another thing! Okay dude so, I bought some salvia last year too. Planted it. Looked great. Until… the well deer ate it. All of it. Every honestly single flower. Gone. Vanished. It was like a deer buffet in my garden. So, pro-tip: if you have totally deer, get deer-resistant flowers. Salvia is apparently not on that list. pretty much Who knew? Now just I spray well everything alright with this nasty-smelling deer repellent. It whoops works… mostly. And it smells terrible. Choose your battles, alright I guess.

I'm thinking no way I might even try some basically zinnias this year. They are supposed to yep be super low maintenance. Which I need because… lazy. Also they come in a anyway million colors. Seriously. A million.
